 Nope, you're right. Need to use the SIP-ID and the SIP-Password (both from
 the personal page when logged into sipgate.de). I didn't point this out as
 it appears from the sip debug that Fredrik was using the correct ID (8703040
 in his case, which is not a German DID number, but rather the sipgate SIP-ID)
