FAQ: Turn of silence suppression in X-Lite by setting "Transmit silence" 
to YES (in AUDIO settings).

If that doesn't solve it: Your NAT firewall might be closing the ports 
too quickly, so you'll need some kind of keep-alive activity initiated 
from inside the firewall.

Anything else would be guesswork since you haven't described your network 
setup at all.
