In very general terms for a small network such as yours, QoS at the
switch level will no significant impact as the bandwidth is more then
sufficient to handle the traffic.
QoS 'can' have an impact on any box (eg, DSL modem, Router) where the
bandwidth is somewhat limited. However, to be usefull, the DSL modem
or router at your end _and_ your ISP's location would have to be
configured to support QoS.
As far as other Internet links, contrary to popular belier there are
some providers that have implemented QoS in their facilities. Our
company has helped several, and others are asking about it. Its
probably not all that popular yet, but at least moving in a positive
direction.
