Sure you can.
One way would be to simply ring the local and the remote extension
when a call comes in and wherever you pick it up you take the call.
Another, more sophisticated way would be to use the Bluetooth presence
module if you have a portable Bluetooth device. Then if you are in the
office the Asterisk server will know that you are there through the
Bluetooth device in your pocket, so you'll get incoming calls to your
ordinary office extension. If you are out of the office, your
Bluetooth device can't be seen and so it is safe for Asterisk to
assume that you are not in the office anymore. In this event calls
will be sent to some other extension in a remote location or to your
mobile through a PSTN gateway. Bad luck if your Bluetooth device ran
out of power ;-)
