There are several possible error sources. What is your T1 connected to? If 
it isn't a pstn connection it may not provide a clock source. You may also 
need a T1 crossover cable (which is not the same as an ethernet crossover 
cable). Another possibility is that another line code than esf,b8zs is 
used.
