[Asterisk-Users] How do I get DIDs for remote areas in Canada

I got all kinds of email asking me questions about VOIP / Canada / the CRTC
(Our worse than equal to the FCC) and what is going on with VOIP in Canada.
I will be happy to answer as many questions as I can but, I would rather do
it off the list. Shaw, Bell, Rogers, Telus all large companies have plans
and so does the government. Just email me offline so I can keep the volume
down.
