[Asterisk-Users] ZAP channell Dial timeout

hi guys i'm having problem with my extention i dont have any actual phone huked up to my asterisk but i was trying to use it as  voice mail server and when i dial  my extention this is what i get from the terminal window {channel of type 'Console'
  == Everyone is busy/congested at this time
so can some one help me out her
