The dring* entries only apply to detection of incoming distinctive
ringing (on an FXO port).

You're Dial call is wrong.  The distinctive ringing option is part of
the Zap channel name, and you have the rest of the options wrong,
too...  You want:

Dial(Zap/3r2&SIP/5551234,30)

As for making a SIP phone perform a distinctive ring, I have no idea...
