Hello Emilio,
I can't send the Cisco Gateway config since is handled by my SIP provider; I can send my sip.conf file. Can't send me the cisco Gateway config that match with my asterisk config ??

Yes, it's compatible.
If you have "signaling forward unconditional" on the dial-peer on on
sip-ua, won't work (look at previous threads from this list).
If that didn't work, maybe you can post your config for review.
