I've had this issue as well, except that normally it isn't wrong data. The
phone will become NR on its own without anybody changing anything, and
checking shows it saying registration failed. It doesn't want to
reregister on its own. I've tried chaging the info to something wrong and
then right again with no success. I need to reboot the phone to fix it.
