[Asterisk-Users] answering calls with SIP phones

Hi,
 
I have an incoming call that I would like answered every time by a
different SIP phone (out of 50). 
 
Also, some of the phone may not be available (may be turned off and thus
unregistered with Asterisk).
 
Any way of doing this?
