Hi, first of all, with all idle channel you have to see something "like
this" with dahdi_tool:
Current Alarms: No alarms.
Sync Source: T2XXP (PCI) Card 0 Span 1
IRQ Misses: 1
Bipolar Viol: 0
Tx/Rx Levels: 0/ 0

Sorry with this text formating....
Before any attempt to make any call, be sure that your line signaling is
ok. This can be verified lloking at de ABCD bits at both sides (Tx and RX).
This bits must be 1001 for the line signaling to be ok. Any pattern like
1101 means that one side is blocking that channel to the other side. 1101
on the TX side means you are blocking that channel, if 1101's are on RX, is
the operator.
If this is ok with all configured channel on 1001, then when making a call
attempt, you must see the originating side (A subscriber) turning its ABCD
bit to 0001, and the receiving side (B subscriber) acknowledging it with
1101 (in real time with dahdi_tool)
Chek for this line signaling bitst be ok before any further diagnosis. At
first, seizures timeout means that something is wrong with line signaling.
