[asterisk-r2] Digitel venezuela

Usaste el hardware correcto. Las cpa nokia q usa digitel son un tema. Es
bueno saber q ya la configuracion se hace menos complicada. Con otro tipo
de tarjeta no te ubiera funcionado.
