[asterisk-r2] Digitel venezuela

Hi Gustavo,

I have configured several R2 E1 with Digitel using Digium, Openvox and 
Sangoma without any issues. I usually use Elastix deployments with Dahdi 
and OpenR2 1.3.2 and they function properly.
