Hola Carlos, el log muestra que no estas recibiendo la señal SEIZURE ACKNOWLEDGE de Megared.
El timer en espera de este acknowledge esta configurado en 8 segundos y muy generoso para que puedas recibirlo sin problemas.
El enlace es por radio (delay?).
Puede ser que haya algo erroneo a nivel fisico con el vinculo E1. Chequear si el E1 no esta cruzado contra otro E1 en el repartidor lado central.

Amigos, alguien a configurado alguna vez un E1 R2 con (megared, cablemas) en mexico? he configurado sin problemas con Telmex, Alestra, Iusacell todo funciona, el detalle se presenta con Megared el E1 si levanta no tengo alarmas los canales esta disponibles pero no puedo realizar ni recibir llamadas, mis versiones son elastix 2.3, tarjeta E1 Sangoma A101
se realizaron unas pruebas con un emulador R2 que manejan los carrier y funciona el E1 sin problemas entrantes / salientes, tambien se realizaron las pruebas conectando el emulador R2 como master hacia la tarjeta A101 en slave y tambien funciona a la perfeccion el problema se presenta conectandolo directamente hacia el carrier.
les comparto un log de la llamada y mis configuraciones alguna sugerencia es bienvenida.
