[asterisk-r2] Caller ID privado

Feedback por si alguien necesita lo mismo:
La solucion fue mucho mas simple de lo que esperaba solo con setear en
chan_dahdi.conf "hidecallerid=yes" las llamadas ahora salen con el
caller ID privado
