[asterisk-r2] BLUE/YELLOW/RED alarm

	I have a server that is showing three alarms:

### Span  1: WCT1/0 "Wildcard TE121 Card 0" (MASTER) HDB3/ BLUE YELLOW
REDClockSource

	Yellow and Red I have seen before but never a Blue and specially not
all at the same time.  I am assuming it is a telco problem (which
obviously they are denying) but I want to check here if someone here has
seen something like this before.  The server was working fine until
yesterday and no configuration changes have been made for a long time.
