[asterisk-r2] Take a long time to dial .

  Hi guys ,

  I'm using asterisk 1.6 with dahdi 2.3.0.1 and openR2 1.2.0 .

  Everithing is working quite fine . The only situation that is not so
good it's the time to dial outside . When we dial PSTN , asterisk take
around 10 seconds to start ringing . I don't know if it's an issue of
my versions of asterisk , dahdi and openR2  ...

   Is there any setting that i can setup to tuning the dialing ?
