[asterisk-r2] MFCR2 - CAS Seize or 0x00 when apply changes on freepbx .

My advice would be upgrade openr2 and asterisk to 1.6.2 (not sure what
asterisknow 1.7 is), this may be already fixed. This kind of problems
are very hard to troubleshoot.
