[asterisk-r2] R2 Telecom

Para el R2 de Telecom Colombia no es necesario el dchan. yo tuve uno de etos
R2 Instalada, y me funcionaba bien solo con:

[channels]
context=incomingr2
signalling=mfcr2
mfcr2_variant=mx
mfcr2_get_ani_first=no
mfcr2_mfback_timeout=-1
mfcr2_metering_pulse_timeout=-1
mfcr2_max_ani=20
mfcr2_max_dnis=7


channel => 1-15
group=1
