Hi all,
Regarding Moises explanation, I've always thought early media starts once R2
registers were done. So, for example, after receiving a B-1 or a B-6 the
speech path should be enabled before knowing if the call will be answered or
not (ITU Q.474).
In Argentina, both Telefonica de Argentina and Telecom Argentina, behave
that way. You'll get ringback audio, announcements or any early media just
after B-6 or B-7 signals and before oob cas answer.

We've seen this same behavior using openr2 and Freeswitch/FreeTDM. We didn't
get early media from the telco. Audio path was only  connected after getting
