I suggest contact cantv asistence with protocol analizer and verify
for mfcr2 incoming/outgoing channels and them do the same procedure
for your asterisk pbx.
I have many asterisk E1 setups in venezuela for cantv and movistar
all work fine and you don't need be an guru to setup. There are very
standart setup if your signalling it's ok.
