[asterisk-r2] E1 Mexico problems

Thx for the reply Sebastian. Im currently using older version of asterisk
and zaptel so I guess there might be some incompatibilities with those
version and certain r2 specs in Mexico. I'll try your versions on Saturday
and see if that solves my issues.
