[asterisk-r2] Only one channel available.......

Hi,

I have a r2 channel In Colombia with telefonica Telecom.

I CAN to receive calls in this moment.....ONLY 1 CALL....When I try to make
another call the PSTN say me something that: 'there isn't access to the
number in this moment"

In the other way when I call to local numbers (9|XXXXXXX) I don't have
problems...but when I call to Cell numbers (9|033XXXXXXXXX) I have this:

MFC/R2 UniCall/1 Far end disconnected (cause = Switching equipment
congestion [42]) - state 0x40
    -- Channel 0 got hangup
    -- UniCall/1-1 is circuit-busy
MFC/R2 UniCall/1 Channel gains
MFC/R2 UniCall/1 Channel switching
MFC/R2 UniCall/1 Call control(7)
MFC/R2 UniCall/1 Drop call (cause = Normal Clearing [16])
MFC/R2 UniCall/1 Clearing fwd
MFC/R2 UniCall/1 1001  ->      [2/FAR DISC/Clear fwd B   /Idle         ]
    -- Hungup 'UniCall/1-1'
  == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/1/0)


The other problems is when I make 2 outgoing calls :

the first call (Unicall/2) is answerd but the problem is with a second call
(Unicall/3):

Please help!!!! I have another similar configuration with telefonica Telecom
and it's good.

I don't understand what happend!!
