shit, 20s? they're brain damaged. 10s is pretty horrible already.
Anyways, you can change that with the forward safety timer in
r2proto.conf, read the comments in docs/r2proto.conf in the openr2
.tar.gz and use the mfcr2_advanced_protocol_file in chan_dahdi.conf or
zapata.conf
