[asterisk-r2] Protocol error: Waiting Far End Timeout

Hi,

Last few days, users are complain they cannot dial to TIM cellphone carrier
using E1 from Embratel.

In contact with Embratel, they said TIM and Claro (cell carrier) changed 
the
ACK time to long one, due number portability in Brazil.

As you can see on http://pastebin.com/m6d6af5f after 10s, the call is droped
by timeout. On this exactilly time, called party see Callerid and the 
call also
drops.

Where can I extend the timeout period from 10s to 20s?
