[asterisk-r2] Problems with Astunicall for Asterisk 1.4.21.2

You screwed something when installing unicall, probably you mixed
libraries from soft-switch and libraries from astunicall blog. You
cannot do that. Remove any libunicall, libmfcr2 or libspandsp library
you have installed in the past. Check in /usr/lib and /usr/local/lib
