[asterisk-r2] Problem MFC R2

Are you experiencing the problem right now? If not, how frequent is?

The error message happens because we start the call but don't receive
a response from the other side (the telco). The next time you see the
issue execute mfcr2 show channels to verify both ends are IDLE. You
can also execute dahdi_tool and verify the bit pattern at both ends is
1001.
