[asterisk-r2] Asterisk 1.6.2 is out - oficial MFC/R2 release

What I did was to remove wanpipe from the equation, using a digium card,
lastest zaptel, lastest asterisk 1.4 and Im still getting seize timeouts,
they first show up on certain channels and then you get it on all of them
and no call go out.. Call can come in but not out, you need to restart
asterisk and zaptel in order to get calls out again...

That is not a problem in openr2 and given that you said you cannot upgrade
wanpipe in your installation, that makes any troubleshooting harder. Please
follow on Wanpipe issues with Sangoma support.
