Description

This implements a sorcery wizard using the astdb for persistent storage. Objects are stored using JSON for easy parsing. It includes tests to confirm that it functions as expected.

Testing
-------

Ran tests, confirmed they all passed. Examined astdb manually to confirm stuff. Used with pimp_my_sip branch to confirm it works.
