Can you elaborate?

I personally haven't tested this, but looking at the code:

. Asterisk supports flash sending/receving in RTP as RFC 2833 telephony
event (type = 16).
. Asterisk supports flash sending/receving through SIP INFO (as signal type
16 w/ INFO Content-Type: application/dtmf-relay).
