[asterisk-dev] LIMIT_TIMEOUT_FILE leaves called party connected

This is not really a bug, but I feel it could be improved.

If you set LIMIT_TIMEOUT_FILE and issue a Dial() with L(), then when the 
caller is listening to the file specified, the callee is still 
connected, listening to silence. Would it perhaps make more sense to 
hang up on the callee?
