Harry,
the ball is in your court now, do please let us know where you feel
you have been let down, whether it is in the functionality, the
development process, the people involved, the level of support you are
able to get, or whatever.

If you feel your views are too contentious, you can discuss it with
the with the main Asterisk developers elsewhere, rather than be mum
about them.
