Hi,

I've just uploaded a patch to fix the answer and hungup on a channel
on polarity switch.

It works without problems in Spain, where some call states are
signalled by the phone company using polarity switchs. (It's not
kewlstart signaling)

This has the added benefit of having CDR's show the real fate of the
call when using a Zap FXO channel. Before, it was not possible to know
if an outgoing call was really ANSWERED by the called party.
