[Asterisk-Dev] TDM analog cards stop being able to detect off-hook after a few weeks

CVS 20040806 does it with me at home and with wcfxs (TDM400); I stop asterisk 
and unload the modules, then reload and all is well for another long while.  
I've been meaning to upgrade here for a while.  :-)
