Patch Set 1:

If we're going to remove the configure stuff I'm concerned that leaving console_video, console_gui and console_board is just going to push the dead-code issue out further.

I might be OK with removing all of it in master only and leaving 13, 16 and 17 alone.

I'm still thinking about it.
