Awesome thanks everyone for the opinions (all positive). Have a
colleague that runs a smallish callcenter looking at OrecX.

We have been using the product for the last 12 months. Our environment
is fully hosted and we have configured to supports hundred of customers
in a HA environment. Support is excelent. Price/performance ratio is
Number 1 in the industry!!

Cory,
I helped bring their software from being able to record 8 calls to 200
per
server on a core2duo. We worked very close for months, I would send
them packet dumps and they would send new source every day for months.
I have worked with them very closely and implemented their solution a
a full DS3 for ALL calls with perfect call quality.
I integrated it with the customer's CRM for call playback via customer
record in their GUI.
You can compare Verint's solution for 100 seats @ $500k and Telrex
$250k (at least when I get a quote several years ago and decided OrecX
was worth pursuing).
