I helped bring their software from being able to record 8 calls to 200 per<br>
server on a core2duo. We worked very close for months, I would send<br>
them packet dumps and they would send new source every day for months.<br>
<br>
I have worked with them very closely and implemented their solution a<br>
a full DS3 for ALL calls with perfect call quality.<br>
<br>
I integrated it with the customer's CRM for call playback via customer<br>
record in their GUI.<br>
<br>
You can compare Verint's solution for 100 seats @ $500k and Telrex<br>
$250k (at least when I get a quote several years ago and decided OrecX<br>
was worth pursuing).<br>
