i think its outside of the legal jurisdiction that was meant
meaning don't do business with people outside your county or have 0 way
to get your due.
not a racial thing more like a boundary one..
hey still can happen with your neighbor's but you can sue his ass.. wich
you can't when outside your country unless its over 50k then wire fraud
act comes in..
