Tom,
I have built a number of sales organizations in the Telecommunications
space. Primarily for Cisco VAR's including my own company that I recently
sold to a public company. When we sold, our primary focus was VOIP and we
were about 15 million. I had 7 sales people. If you are interested in having
a conversation I would be happy to discuss best practices and pass along
some ideas. Let me know and I'll forward my cell number.
