yes, outsourcing is an option.
good commission only sales force is very difficult to come by as they
have many other revenus streams
to address, not just yours. i don't even consider such a thing.
salaried sales is a much greater risk, since you'll
be training them, but in the long run better... if you can keep them
from moving on after your training. noone in sales without a heavy
technical background is going to be able to effectively sell asterisk
solutions for some time. this is true for voip in general, since it's
still so new and the people who'll listen are tech types. opensource
voip is only now just beginnning it's penetration into the mainstream.
outsourcing is again difficult since opensource voip is fighting fud and
general lack of awareness in the mainstream.
