[Asterisk-biz] some things that really suck in customer support

I was luckier than you guys: I didn't even get a reply to my requests for
information on nufone services. My experience shows that "bad sales = worse
customer support". 
I am happy with ipcomms; very professional at all aspects, from sales to
support. Thanks Jason!

Configuration issues not relating to our service - ie teaching them how 
to configure their asterisk box without paying for the support.
