So you no one would be likely to create a mass army of wireless access 
points loaded that they drove around uploading with custom firmware that 
contains asterisk with a few additional scripts that could be setup to 
download new lists of numbers + audio files that get sent as 
telemarketing, hook them all into bellster in the name of change? :)
