[Asterisk-biz] Telepacket locks users out of their web access after launching new website.

I've been trying, in vain I might add, to get a service issue resolved
with Telepacket.  In the meantime, they've launched a new website and
I can't access my account to read the trouble-ticket notes.

They seem happy enough to let the trouble ticket languish while they
wait for their web programmers to resolve the access issues.

Anybody else affected?
