[Asterisk-biz] Canada and US 800#'s and Seattle WA DID

I am looking for an 800# accessible from both US and Canada.

I would also like a DID for Seattle WA, but the 800# is the most important.

IAX connectivity is preferable since we will be 10-20 simultaneous callers
for conferencing.
