I would say that knowing which area codes you are most likely would 
represent would be important.  That way we can select who properly to peer 
with.

Further, the tier 1 people (let say we have 20 of them) need to be 
strongly connected.  That means we each need to start doing GPA's with 
the other members in the group and forming direct peering relationships 
that do not depend upon the Digium machine.  Obviously we want to be tier 
1 and strongly connected to the other members of tier 1 but we all need to 
be.

Hopefully having contact information available for those wishing to be 
tier 1 or 2 will make it easier to bring people online.
