But surely one of the advantages/features of DUNDi is that one wouldnt peer 
with a large number of other peers? Therefore it would be more important to 
advertise what you are bringing 'under' your server rather than your 
bandwidth so that people can try and form 'close' peerings, i.e. for UK 
users, search for a UK peer before looking elsewhere.
