[Asterisk-video] rtsp with transcoding mp4v

When I try install mpeg4ip, and when I do command "make" appear error:

I tried make this:
cd /usr/src/
wget http://heanet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/mpeg4ip/mpeg4ip-1.5.0.1.tar.gz
tar xfvz mpeg4ip-1.5.0.1.tar.gz
cd mpeg4ip-1.5.0.1
aptitude install libtool
./bootstrap
./configure --disable-player --prefix=/usr
make
make install

When I do make command have follow error:
