[Asterisk-video] Lifesize VC and Asterisk

Asterisk does not pass the profile-level-id in the sdp information from
one client to another, so terminals think the other side does not
support high image size and sends a small size instead.
Solution: keep asking for better video support in asterisk :)
As a awful hack, hardcode it in the sdp negotiation and recompile...
