1. plug 2 ISDN interface cards (or 1 dual-port interface card) into your server
2. make a E1/T1 loopback cable (google)
3. connect the 2 ports with the loopback cable
4. configure both ports in DAHDI
5. configure both ports in chan_dahdi
  - one port as NT, other port as TE
6. Try normal phone calls looped over the DAHDI ports

if this works, then you can go on and try to route h324m calls over the ISDN 
ports.
